Founded in 1979, Foshan Infrastructure Pvt Ltd began its journey as Sakthi Builders, a general works contractor.
Over the years, the group has undertaken many challenging projects and accumulated skills, know-how, and experience in design and build solutions, project management services, building trades, and related engineering work.
Today Foshan Infrastructure Pvt Ltd takes on the role of the main contractor for small to medium size projects. We also undertake project management service to coordinate specialist trades for industrial/commercial projects. Our design inputs and engineering solutions are value-added services for our clients.
Our objective is to provide our clients with ‘Value for Money’ experience when they choose us. Clear communication and follow-through procedures ensure that our client’s needs and objectives are prioritized and executed.

OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM
Our two business partners, who work together in the building industry, have been with the company since its inception over 40 years ago, are the driving forces behind the company. They work in the company's administration, project management, procurement, and business growth. During routine meetings, the management team reviews work procedures, proactively solicits feedback, detects changes in the business environment, and shares company policy and important learning points with all employees.
